Creating emotional experiences that are being remembered - that is what we want for our customers. In our centers, the combination of light and design, among other things, contributes to this. A good example is the festive lighting at the G3 Shopping Resort Gerasdorf in Austria.

Inside the center, hearts, warm-white fairy lights and festive motifs such as illuminated Christmas baubles create a special emotional atmosphere. Among this year's highlights: "Ulf the Reindeer", a 7-meter high light sculpture with a glowing red heart, and an eye-catching 14-meter high Christmas tree, also with glowing hearts and the G3 trademark inside. 🦌🎄

Avenida Poznań: Extensive refurbishment successfully completed: The completely redesigned "Avenida Lounge" in the Polish Center Avenida Poznań opened on 14 December just in time for the Christmas business. And the customers are thrilled. On around 2,000 m², spread over two levels, visitors will find the all-round feel-good package.

🛋The new comfortable lounge and seating area offers relaxation from the hustle and bustle of shopping.
🥗 Three new restaurants and pop-up kiosks each expand the already extensive food and fashion offerings of Avenida Poznań with popular Polish concepts.
🧸 The new children's playground with its interactive edutainment offers is particularly suitable for families with children.
💻 And those who want to work in a relaxed atmosphere will find a place in the new coworking spaces.
✨ A special highlight: thanks to innovative LED technology, a sparkling starry sky shines above the heads of the visitors to create the right atmosphere.

ECE has secured the management and the leasing of four shopping centers with a strong market position and an attractive tenant mix: Kaufpark Eiche, Havelpark Dallgow, KaufPark Dresden-Nickern, and Brandenburger Einkaufszentrum Wust. The long-term management contracts were tendered by the co-investor and asset manager redos. ECE prevailed over renowned competitors with a tailored proposal. 💪🏼 🏬

Another center for the ECE Fund II portfolio: The ECE European Prime Shopping Center Fund II has acquired the Erlangen Arcaden shopping center. ECE has operated the Erlangen Arcaden shopping center since July 2019 on behalf of the previous owner and will continue to be responsible for management and leasing of the center in the future as well. As a result, the portfolio of the second ECE fund now comprises ten shopping centers in Germany, Poland, Hungary and Italy with a market value of 1.5 billion euros.

Erlangen Arcaden, which opened in 2007, has around 90 stores with a total sales area of around 30,000 m² and is located directly next to the train station and the pedestrian zone in downtown Erlangen, a city with a strong economy and 110,000 residents located in the German state of Bavaria. In its catchment area, which has about 400,000 inhabitants, the center has a strong market position and is visited by around 10 million people each year.

ECE sells two Hermes logistics centers to Deka Immobilien: The two logistics properties were fully developed and realized by ECE. They are conveniently located in Kabelsketal, which is situated in the Halle/Leipzig metropolitan area, and in Greven near Münster-Osnabrück Airport. Together the properties boast a leasable area of 24,000 m² on a plot area covering more than 162,000 m². Both logistics centers were completed only this year and have been entirely leased to the logistics service provider Hermes Germany on a long-term lease.
