Geminae Artus Project

The initial data of this project was to use a spacious flat horizontal area in order to obtain maximum convenience and useful functional space both inside and outside the house. For this reason, the L-shape of the house was chosen, in which the inner courtyard space is closed from prying eyes, with the possibility of obtaining an atmosphere of privacy and silence..

The architectural concept was created in our recognizable "soft" contemporary style, in which all natural textures and volumes play in harmonious interaction with each other, creating a pleasant feeling of warmth, comfort and reliability.

Digna Project

The basic conditions for the creation of this country villa assumed the use of the panoramic potential of the site, which has a slight slope with a view of the forested valley. This undoubted advantage of the site is fully used: from the large windows and spacious terraces of the second floor, it is possible to observe the space stretching into the distance and beautiful sunsets.
The courtyard of this villa is also very functional, where several recreation areas are formed: on the Main Terrace, in the Patio area, in the outdoor pool area and at the end of the plot there is an open fire lounge area. At the same time, a large space for games is left in the center of the site.
The architectural concept of this villa, in terms of exterior accents, is made in the discourse of “soft” contemporary, which is reflected in calmer smoothed edges, at the same time, the changeability of textures, massive shapes and colors, combined with the warm energy of wood, creates a feeling of comfort and reliability.

Supreme Y House Project

This project was developed for a well-known film director, who indicated the need to integrate an acting studio with guest bedrooms and a terrace into the group of buildings. At the same time, it was important to ensure the private functioning of the main house.

The choice of façade textures (wood and sandstone) defines a sustainable connection with the natural context, which is entirely our basic vision of rural architecture as such. The undoubted advantage of this project is the panoramic third floor with stunning views on all four sides, which is far from often possible to implement in a dense building.

Sidzen House Project

When designing this house, there were difficult conditions: a narrow plot, no more than 19 meters wide, stretched almost 60 meters to the forest outskirts. At the same time, our customer indicated in the general spectrum of his interests and preferences his special disposition to Japanese culture in all its manifestations. Of course, this aspect could not but be reflected in the development of the architectural concept of this house.

In implementing the main idea of connecting architectural forms and textures with nature, for which the Japanese tradition is known all over the world, it was also necessary to integrate the necessary proportions, colors and textures characteristic of this country into the exterior fabric with "unsharp strokes", while the task was to preserve the dominant style. contemporary. In our opinion, this synthesis turned out to be intriguing, a little bewitching, despite its apparent simplicity...

Supreme House Project

The initial conditions for creating this project were not simple: a narrow elongated section in the shape of an irregular trapezoid. When forming the general plan of the site, the main emphasis was placed on increasing the area of useful functional areas, taking into account privacy restrictions (high windows of neighboring houses).
The architectural concept of our interpretation of “soft” contemporary in this project is dominated by fragmentary truncations of strict edges, we also moderately saturate tropical wood with warm tones, and also pay attention to the discreteness of the main facade volumes. All this forms a spatial synergy of volumes, colors and textures from natural components with such a warm and cozy mood. This “soft” first emotion is the main dominant of this undoubtedly successful project, which has survived, in various variations, three implementations in premium settlements.

Neo-Nature House Project

This project was originally created with an emphasis on the implementation of the specific characteristics of the site. The site itself, located on a hill, has a natural slope, and in its upper part, viewpoints were identified, from which stunning views of the river valley open. Our team managed to fully realize this potential.
Architectural solutions are created in the discourse of modern stylistic proportions and textures with the main emphasis on natural combinations in their natural expression. Gray wild stone, together with a beautiful natural cut of sandstone, forms both a powerful solidity and a textural and color connection with the surrounding natural space. The red slat brick adds just the right amount of warmth to the cool range of stone textures.
