The interim GSL Index results are out, confirming the great feedback and experiences our residents continue to have at Lumis Leipzig.

• NPS Score: 27 — surpassing European (24) and global PBSA (26) benchmarks
• Index Score: 69.8 — very close to European and global benchmarks across the board
• Internet: 81.9
• Condition & Quality: 79.9
• Bedroom: 77.9
• Overall Management: 75.0

We’re proud to be accredited as a Silver Certified Operator in the GSL survey, while also achieving Platinum-level performance in Internet and Gold-level performance in Bedroom, Condition & Quality, Care & Support, and Overall Management.

• Staff welcome: 89%
• Ease of finding accommodation: 84%
