The Säubrenner Fair is just around the corner! 🥳

The first setup work will begin on Monday, August 10, 2026, and the main festivities officially start on Friday, August 14, 2026.

🚗 Important information for our tenants living in Wittlich City Centre:

Due to increased security measures, vehicle access to the city centre (including some private parking areas) will be restricted during the following times:

⛔ Friday, August 14: 4:30 PM – 2:30 AM

⛔ Saturday, August 15: 11:30 AM – 2:30 AM

⛔ Sunday, August 16: 10:30 AM – 2:30 AM

⛔ Monday, August 17: 10:30 AM – 2:30 AM

⛔ Tuesday, August 18: 12:30 PM – 8:30 PM

💡 We recommend arranging carpools with friends or colleagues or parking outside the city centre during these times. Convenient alternatives include the Rommelsbach parking area or the parking lot near the public swimming pool.

Please note that there are no special access permits available for residents anymore, and unfortunately this is beyond our control.

📢 A Quick Update for Our Tenants & Future Tenants 🏡

PCS season is officially in full swing, and as many of you know, this is by far the busiest time of the year for us.

At the moment, we're constantly on the road, moving from one appointment to the next showings, move-ins, move-outs, inspections, and everything in between. Since our team consists of just the two of us, there is very little time left for office work during the day.

Because of this, it may take us a little longer than usual to respond to messages, emails, or phone calls. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

We're also receiving many messages asking us to "keep you in mind" if something becomes available. While we truly appreciate your interest, we're simply not able to keep waiting lists or individual reminder lists during PCS season. We just don't have the time to manage them properly.

The best way to stay informed is to check our page regularly. We post available houses and apartments as soon as we have the opportunity between appointments, and every new listing will be published there first.

For the time being, we're prioritizing urgent matters and emergencies. If your request isn't time-sensitive, we kindly ask for a little extra patience while we work through the busy PCS season.

🚨Since I’m currently being asked quite often about our new recycling center in Wittlich—especially convenient during PCS season—here’s the site map again.

📍You can find the facility at Otto-Hahn-Straße 35a, 54516 Wittlich.

🚨Closed on Mondays🚨

You can drop off waste paper, cardboard, yellow bags and electronic waste there free of charge.

Household waste can also be disposed of for a fee, which depends on the number/weight of bags.

They also accept bulky waste; however, bulky items must be registered online in advance, and you’ll need to bring the QR code with you.
