Normal set up is priced at 32.000dkk (without moms/vat) that makes monthly rent at 6.000dkk, paid 3 months in advance with 3 months in depositum.
Move in and out anytime.
No binding contract or agreement, you fully own the units and only pay for land rental.

Locations are after your own choice, inside or outside city center

We now open up for application for the possibility to live in a brand new container home that is modified to your needs.
It is warm in our homes in winter-months.

You pay a one time fee of 15.000dkk and a monthly fee of 1200 to rent a site and then you can live Copenhagen.
