In a 21-5 Single Association, you are matched with 20 other singles in a similar stage of life, sharing values and travel preferences.

Together, you co-own 5 carefully selected holiday homes – just like in our other associations.

21-5 was recently featured in an article about a different way of owning holiday homes in Børsen, Denmark’s leading business newspaper.

As part of the article, the journalist visited one of the Beyond homes in Mallorca — the same home shown in the video in this post.

The 21-5 model is simple: Twenty-one families come together to own five homes, which are often located in some of Europe’s most attractive destinations. This gives them access to several holiday homes instead of owning one single property that may only be used for a few weeks each year.

The article also highlights a trend that many families recognise. Renting high-quality holiday homes in popular areas has become significantly more expensive over time. For families who travel for several weeks each year, the cost can quickly mount up.

For some, this becomes the starting point for considering ownership rather than renting year after year.

However, the model is about more than just economics. It is also about experiencing holidays in a different way.

When several families share ownership of multiple homes, they gain access to places that become part of their lives. Some years, they return to the same home. At other times, they choose a different destination depending on the season or what best suits their plans.

21-5 manages and maintains the homes on behalf of the families, taking care of everything behind the scenes. Families can simply arrive and feel at home, without having to worry about the practicalities of owning property abroad.

Today, over 1,500 families are part of 21-5, and more than 300 homes have been acquired for them across Europe.

A hidden gem in Tuscany.

All of our 21-5 homes are unique and of a very high standard, and this Beyond villa in Tuscany is no exception. The villa is uniquely located a few kilometres from Montepulciano and overlooks the Aosta Valley.

The villa belongs to the latest Beyond association and has undergone a major transformation. Today, it is an oasis for both large families who need a lot of space and couples who just want to have ‘Tuscany to themselves’. We are very happy on behalf of the families.

Creativity flourishes at 21-5. Many choices are made every day in the process of creating our homes, and we are blessed with an incredibly talented and highly professional team. One of the creative forces took the trouble to make some very beautiful Shrovetide buns, and they not only looked good, they tasted amazing.

Same procedure as last year

At the beginning of each year, we invite our 21-5 families to welcome the new year with us. No agenda, just fun and socialising, and within a few hours there is always lots of love in the air. Once again this year, we had a wonderful time in really good company. We are very grateful that our families want to spend time with us.

2025 was another year in which we had the great pleasure of welcoming many new families to 21–5. We are deeply grateful for this.

Just over 17 years ago, our 21-5 model was conceived north of Copenhagen. Today, over 1,500 families have joined one of our associations. Our families, who come from all over the world, come together to strengthen the community and make it richer and very special.

We have purchased over 300 holiday homes for our families, each one chosen with care. Laila has played a key role in finding them all, and she still feels a strong connection to each one. Each home undergoes a meticulous process where design, interior design and quality are the focus.

Here at 21-5, we all work with passion, thoroughness and attention to detail. Our office is home to many unique skills. Our committed team has a strong sense of unity, creating a very special atmosphere and a completely unique product. Our office is often referred to as 'The House of Passion'.

Thank you to everyone in our associations, you are the reason we get to do what we love most every single day.

In the beautiful hinterland behind Cannes lies the small town of Le Tignet, surrounded by olive groves, vineyards, and the soft Provençal hills. The property boasts a fantastic pool area that invites relaxation, togetherness, and long summer days under the sun – a place where many can gather without losing the sense of peace. Immediately adjacent to the main house is an annexe, also renovated. Here too, there are wonderful views and room for additional overnight guests – a flexible solution that makes the property even more appealing. The garden surrounds the entire villa and creates a sense of grandeur and harmony, where nature and architecture blend seamlessly. From the property, there are stunning views across the landscape, making every single day a memorable experience.

All in all, the villa in Le Tignet is both representative, stylish, and atmospheric. It is made for shared moments, festive dinners, and cozy gatherings, while also offering the opportunity for peace and reflection in beautiful surroundings. A property we were especially pleased to acquire for the association – as it embodies everything we seek in a southern French home.

We often refer to our office as “The House of Passion”. Everyone at 21-5 is deeply dedicated to their work. Whether we work in finance, IT, support, interior design, marketing or communications, we all approach our work with great interest and passion.

Our overall goal is to improve the quality of life for our families.

A rare gem in Sant Elm, Mallorca!

In the incredibly charming village of Sant Elm, near Mallorca’s westernmost point, we have secured a truly exceptional home for the association – a place unlike any other.
