WE’RE HIRING — Cabarete Office

We’re looking for a dynamic, organized, and motivated person to join our growing real estate team as a Full-Time Business Assistant / Real Estate Coordinator.

This is a varied role for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, solving problems, and being part of a fast-moving business.

The role includes support with property sales and rentals, concierge coordination, client and owner communication, office organization, appointments, follow-ups, and general business support.

We’re looking for someone professional, proactive, reliable, detail-oriented, and confident communicating with clients.

English and Spanish are required. Additional languages are a strong plus.

Schedule:
5 days per week
9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Lunch break: 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM
Based in our Cabarete office
