Before you build in Las Terrenas, ask one question: where's the environmental license?

In the Dominican Republic, a development like ours can't legally build without one. Our permit, 0644-26, carries 57 obligations from the Ministry of Environment. They cover drainage, native planting, wastewater and slope protection.
