Misleading Sales Practices
on how a big cell corporation like BELL CANADA with lies from their salespeoples in order to sign up customers at astronomous cost.... i was told that the monthly paiement to third party co was to pay the cellphone on 24 months installment coupled with a service contract of 2 years i had to pay 1350.00 for aphone other companies were selling theirs 250.00 with a 2 year service contract agreement... thats an abuse of customer confidence ive been completly been played here i want justice
It's unfortunate that ive experienced such a situation. Misleading sales practices can indeed erode customer trust. I feel i've been misled, and iconsider reaching out to the company's customer service,(good luck to me) filing a complaint with relevant consumer protection agencies, or seeking legal advice if necessary. Transparency and ethical conduct are important for maintaining a healthy customer-provider relationship
