Born and raised in Sofia, Bulgaria, Stefan is also a US citizen. Stefan began his career in real estate in Punta Cana because he fell in love with Dominican Republic. A former safety manager with an Associate in Criminal Justice Administration, Stefan uses an educational approach with his clients, ensuring they fully understand the homes they are considering and guide them each step of the purchas

ing process. He fully understands the impact of making the right choice when looking for a property and approaches each showing with that in mind. Communicating early and often, Stefan ensures his clients are kept up-to-date throughout the entire homebuying and selling process. Stefan’s expertise and unwavering dedication to research around current market conditions in Punta Cana area allows him to be an informed sounding board for his clients. When he is not working to find someone the perfect house or apartment called home, Stefan spends his time with his family and friends, walks on the beach, watch a documentary or reading his favorite books and articles. He is fluent in Bulgarian and English and understands Spanish language.
