**Mr. President, I am asking you to hear my vision for Haiti.**

I want to build something that is bigger than a housing project.

In **Ouanaminthe, Haiti**, I want to develop a **Senior Citizens Village** — a safe, dignified community where our elderly can have a home, security, healthcare support, nutritious food, community, and hope.

Our seniors spent their lives building families and communities. They deserve a place where they can live their later years with dignity.

I am asking for an opportunity to present this project directly to you and your administration.

**My goal is to raise $10 million for the first major phase of this project.** I am seeking American investors, philanthropic partners, businesses, and institutions willing to participate in a transparent and properly structured project.

Mr. President, I urge you and Congress to consider stronger laws to stop the illegal trafficking of fi****ms and other weapons from the United States to Haiti. Haiti is suffering because criminal gangs continue to obtain powerful weapons, and innocent families are paying the price.

If stronger enforcement is not enough, I ask that lawmakers consider stricter penalties or temporary restrictions on private cargo shipments by sea to Haiti if they are shown to be a major route for illegal weapons trafficking. Any action should focus on stopping criminals while protecting humanitarian aid and legitimate family shipments.

The goal is not to punish honest Haitian Americans or the Haitian diaspora, but to stop those who use cargo shipments to arm gangs and fuel violence. Haiti deserves peace, safety, and a future free from gang terror. Donald J. Trump

Le Village d'Espoir de Fort-Liberté est un projet de développement communautaire ayant pour objectif d'offrir des logements abordables aux Haïtiens de retour au pays, tout en favorisant leur réintégration économique et sociale.

Notre ambition est de bâtir une communauté moderne, sécuritaire et organisée où chaque famille pourra accéder à un logement et devenir propriétaire grâce à un programme de paiement accessible.

Construction de maisons modernes à faible coût.
Attribution d'un terrain à chaque famille admissible.
Paiement de 50 USD par mois pendant 36 mois.
