After a month of slowing down and locking in with God, I’ve had the time to reflect, reset, and ask what direction He’s really taking me in. It’s been about prayer, clarity, and cutting out the noise.

Now I’m clear. I’m back. And I’m here to work.

Today was about ex*****on. About putting my head down and getting things done. I’m creating content, getting back in the field, and positioning myself at the highest level in this industry. Especially right here on the North Coast.

If you’ve been watching, now’s the time to really pay attention. New videos are coming. A new season is starting. I’m focused. I’m ready. Let’s go.

Day 11 — Powered by the Spirit

This is Day 11 of starting every morning in the Word. Scripture, prayer, and aligning with the Holy Spirit. Every day has been intentional. Every day has built on the one before it.

Just finished a 36-hour fast. It was difficult. I cut off nicotine—no va**ng, no smoking. Yesterday came with serious temptation. There were moments I wanted to give in, moments I was ready to throw in the towel and take the easy way out. But I didn’t. I stood my ground.

My wife brought home a chocolate bar while I was in the middle of those cravings. I shook my head. The timing couldn’t have been worse. But I stayed locked in. I broke my fast this morning with a small piece. Not as a reward, not as a fallback—just a reminder that discipline doesn’t mean denying yourself joy, it means being in control of it.

I’ve dropped almost 11 pounds since I started. But that’s just the surface. What matters more is what’s shifting inside. My mind is clearer. My focus is stronger. And I can feel the Holy Spirit anchoring me in ways I haven’t experienced in years.

Romans 8:15
For you did not receive a spirit of slavery to fall back into fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption, by whom we cry out, Abba, Father.

I’m not walking this journey as someone trying to break free. I’ve already been set free. Now I’m walking in the authority and identity that come from knowing who I belong to.

This is the path forward. And I’m staying on it.

Life is a journey. With every journey obstacles will attempt to side rail us from our goals. As my son and I continue to learn life lessons through surfing. We are building up our mindset to propel us to achieve great things.

Yesterday was such an incredible day filled with many moments of true fulfillment.
This past year has been an incredible growth period in my families life. With many storms that can truly defeat a lot of people.
What God has taught me is it’s not about the storm we face in life, it’s about where is our focus while going through the many storms.
Luke 1:37
“For nothing will be impossible with God.”
When your focus is on winning, all storms in life feel like a fresh shower.
I want to thank these specific people for being family to me! People I know Jen and I can count on and it’s always straight from their heart.

Today is going to a great day! Starting the day with focus and growth mindset!

first time surfing. No lessons just get out there and do it. Spent two hours catching waves.
Highlights from our first attempt:
1. Eli rode a wave a good 100+ feet on his stomach
2. Several attempts at popping Eli got to one knee.
Now we are lunch at a popular spot near Perla Marina
great way to spend time WINNING together.

Yesterday was a bittersweet moment as our son will be off to spend time with family and friends this summer. Such an eventful summer planned for him to rejuvenate.

It will also give us time to focus on both of our businesses for this period of growth. At the same time knowing our son is having the an amazing summer.

Special thank you to everyone that helped make this happen. Between Family and some truly amazing friends Eli will have the best summer. Although his amazing personality will be missed by both of us, we know it will be a blessing on his life.
