After owning this property for 12 years, We have decided to start interviewing prospective buyers for this very special direct beachfront villa.
Since we also own the villa next door; Villa Leone, we are looking for a neighbor that will respect and maintain the quiet reserve that is found in the idyllic little 4 home compound that we call Villas Paraíso.
The ideal buyer will appreciate their privacy security and remoteness from the noise of passing cars and traffic.
This 4 bedroom Villa has it all.
The first level has a 2 sided interior/exterior stone waterfall fountain in the living room.
The living room has beautiful french doors that
open to allow the ocean breeze in. There is a seating/lounge area inside the entryway. A small powder room is located next to the only bedroom on the first floor.

The other 2 2nd floor bedrooms have en-suite baths with showers.
Villa Flamingo is fed by public water and electric. It has its own septic system.
The public water is first directed into the private cistern then pumped into Villa Flamingo.
Villa Flamingo is currently connected to the Villa Leone generator to provide emergency power. If the buyer wishes, an arrangement can me made to leave this connected or they can install their own generator.
There is outdoor parking for 2 cars in the gated drive next to Villa Flamingo.
