Within the constraints of a small, urban site, Endo crafts a serene oasis for a family of five, deftly balancing the desire for light and air with the need for privacy from the surrounding cityscape. This enchanting abode embodies a sophisticated duality; its exterior exudes a bold metallic presence, while the interior emanates an ethereal warmth and connectivity.

Endo's ingenious use of perforated metal steel sheets on the façade stands as a testament to his ability to harmonize functionality and aesthetics. The unique wall formation disrupts visual pe*******on from the bustling street, while simultaneously allowing for an abundance of light and air to permeate the living spaces. An openable skylight in the central stairway creates a harmonious microcosm of the outdoors, allowing gentle breezes to waft through the home.

As day turns to night, the folded plate design casts a mesmerizing dance of light and shadows on the exterior, a subtle symphony reflecting the changing moods of the interior.
