Living in the countryside, with the comforts of the city, is a privilege for a few. I have had that privilege. I live in a modern house embedded in the mountain, where each day I wake up to the birds singing and an open view of the valley that reminds you how simple and valuable life can be. The trees, the mist, the rain, the sun streaming through the windows… everything here has a different presence. You feel it. Here, you breathe tranquility. Time is lived differently here. Sleeping with the calm that only the mountain provides, breathing pure air, watching the sun come in through the windows… these are things that, when you experience them, you understand they are priceless. But life also changes. And with it, our decisions. That’s why today I put up for sale this place that has been home for me and my family. The house features an intimate area with 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and 2 half bathrooms. It has a spacious living room with floor-to-ceiling windows that allow you to enjoy sunrises, sunny days, and unique sunsets. The kitchen and dining area maintain that connection with the outdoors, integrating natural light and the surroundings into every moment of the day. Cooking here is a pleasure. The windows accompany you and inspire you to prepare delights for those you love, while the dining room fills with light and the freshness that comes from the mountain. At nightfall, the space transforms. You can go outside, light the fire pit, and enjoy the sounds of the night, the company of your loved ones… or the value of being in silence. Sometimes, even fireflies appear and make each moment something special. Here, tranquility is non-negotiable. No one interrupts it. And when it’s time to sleep, the rest is deep, real, restorative.
