To reassure Lyudmila and answer your questions in the comments, today we will talk about the heating systems of the M series projects.

🔥 Automatic pellet boilers (pellet boilers, wood pellet boilers) are a relatively new type of solid fuel heating systems that have won a leading position in development.
⠀
🌿 The devices operate on environmentally friendly fuel. Pellets are granules made from compressed wood shavings. They have an unlimited shelf life and a low price. Fuel is safe for humans, animals and the environment.
⠀
Boilers consist of:
☑ heat exchanger (boiler)
☑ bunker
☑ burners
☑ automation
☑ auger
⠀
Pellet boilers are automatic fuel supply and combustion systems. A large amount of fuel is loaded into the bunker, with the help of an auger, the fuel is additionally loaded into the pre-furnace, then the fuel enters the combustion area. The air supply is carried out by a fan, which is regulated by the readings of a lambda probe (oxygen sensor in flue gases) installed in the chimney. The whole process is controlled by automation, which gives commands for the supply of fuel and combustion air.

☑️ Andrey decided to launch a project in the field of IT, relying solely on his resources without attracting credit money and other investments from outside. Discussing the project, we decided not to save on the salaries of key employees, because People are the backbone of the IT business.

✅ We chose a more competent approach - to reduce the cost of office, telephony, Internet, and other indirect items. Having written down the business plan in detail, we made a profit already after the 1st year of work.

Building from the 2nd floor ⛑

Very interesting project came to us at the end of 2021.

The background is this:
☑️ our client Victor ordered a building with an area of 300 m²
☑️ agreed with the owner to rent 2 euros per m²
☑️ after the construction of the object, I rented it out for 10 euros per m²
☑️ heating with own boiler costs 500 euros for the whole season

After the successful launch of the project, Victor decided to “build up” the building with additional module for the office and showroom. The uniqueness of the office is that the second floor will change places with the first. We will build from the 2nd floor.

We tacitly dubbed the project "hybrid". This is because Victor, like many of our clients, practices hybrid format. 30% of his employees work out of the office more than half the time.
