Today, the Nasdaq opening bell rang at Kalaranna Kvartal, marking the start of trading in Pro Kapital’s new bonds on the Nasdaq Baltic Bond List.

The public offering, which ran from 8 to 18 September, attracted strong interest from investors across the Baltics and was twice oversubscribed. A total of 985 investors participated, subscribing for €11.976 million worth of bonds. Following the strong demand, Pro Kapital increased the final issue size to €10 million.

The public offering of AS Pro Kapital Grupp bonds, which closed on Friday, 18 September, was oversubscribed twice by retail and institutional investors in the Baltic states, prompting the company to increase the total volume of bonds to be issued to €10 million.

Last day to subscribe for AS Pro Kapital Grupp bonds is tomorrow

AS Pro Kapital Grupp reminds investors that investors in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania can subscribe for the bonds of AS Pro Kapital Grupp until 18 September 2026 at 15:30 (Estonian local time).

As part of the offer, Pro Kapital is offering bonds to retail and institutional investors in an aggregate amount of up to EUR 6 million, with the right to increase the issue up to EUR 10 million.

The nominal value of one bond is EUR 1,000. The bonds carry a fixed interest rate of 8.3% per annum, payable quarterly.

To subscribe for the bonds, an investor must hold a securities account with an account operator of Nasdaq CSD SE Estonian branch or with a member of Nasdaq Riga or Nasdaq Vilnius. Investors wishing to subscribe for the bonds must submit a subscription order through the account operator managing their securities account.

The announcement of the results of the offer will be announced on 22 September 2026 or a date close to this.

Last Thursday, Kalaranna Kvartal welcomed guests for an exclusive LHV Private Banking Investor Evening – bringing together real estate, investment, and perspectives on the changing economic landscape.

Andrus Laurits, Managing Director of Pro Kapital, and Ann-Kristin Kuusik, CFO, shared insights into Pro Kapital’s development, financial results, and plans for the future.

The public offering of AS Pro Kapital Grupp bonds starts today, 8 September 2026, and is open to retail and qualified investors in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
