šŸ”’ Why selling with HataEstate is more secure than using a realtor šŸ”’

When it comes to selling your home, security isn’t just about locks and contracts—it’s about trust, transparency, and control. Here’s why HataEstate gives you a safer experience than the traditional realtor model:

✨ Full transparency – Every step of your sale is visible to you in real time. No behind-the-scenes negotiations, no surprises—just clarity.

Why pay thousands in commissions and risk your peace of mind when you can sell smarter and safer with HataEstate? šŸ”šŸ’”

Kas teadsid? The average apartment price in Estonia is currently around €150,000. But here’s the kicker: Real estate commissions are often around 3%.

Let’s do the math: On a €150,000 apartment, a 3% commission means €4,500 goes straight to the real estate agent! For what? For listing it and showing it a few times?! While you also pay the Notary to insure the security of the transaction and handle the documentation.

It feels absolutely absurd that such a massive amount of money is charged for simply facilitating a sale. Are we really getting €4,500 worth of value for someone to open a door and fill out some web forms?

In Estonia, notaries play a crucial role in ensuring that property transactions are secure, legal, and officially binding.

A notary is a state-authorized legal professional who:

Verifies the identity of all parties involved

Ensures the transaction meets all legal requirements

Oversees and witnesses the signing of the sale-purchase agreement

Protects both the buyer and the seller from fraud

šŸ“Œ Important: In Estonia, no real estate deal is valid without a notary.
If a notary is not involved, the transaction is not legally recognized.

Did you know? 🧐 Many people think that real estate agents are responsible for ensuring the security of property transactions, but that’s actually a misconception! šŸ”

In Estonia, it’s the notaries who are in charge of making sure the transaction is secure and legally binding. They verify the authenticity of the agreement, ensure all legal requirements are met, and oversee the signing process. Notaries act as neutral third parties, protecting both the buyer and the seller from potential issues.

So next time you will be convinced that realtor is a must, thats not really true. They are there only for convenience... at 3% property value price point...
