At Riia 24, across from St. Paul’s Church, Welement manufactured the prefabricated façade elements for the renovation led by Savekate.

On one of Tartu’s busiest streets, space is limited. Every delivery and every lift needs a plan. Preparing more of the façade in the factory means less assembly work to organise on site.

Browse the images to see the transformation taking shape. Look closely at the windows - you’ll spot the church reflected in the glass.

At the edge of Iceland, the Atlantic, heavy snow and seismic forces shape every building.

S7 in Vík was designed for exactly that place.

More than 1,000 m² of books, pharmacy, retail and municipal services now sit beneath one curved timber roof — engineered and prefabricated in Estonia, then delivered across the North Atlantic and built together with Rönd.

Designed in Iceland. Prefabricated in Estonia. Built together.

Before building begins. The value creates happens upstream: coordinated in design, resolved in the factory, de-risked before anything reaches site.

Tubli, aga meil oleks päris puuseppa vaja.

Tule -le. Töö on päris, inimesed normaalsed ja tehas talvel soe, suvel jahe.
