**Job Description:**
Kreativ Investment is looking for a sales manager with a strong background in real estate sales. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in achieving sales goals and the ability to lead and inspire a team of agents. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement sales strategies to enhance our market presence.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate agents to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
- Provide training and professional development for the sales team.
- Prepare and present sales performance reports to senior management.
Ensure all team activities comply with regulatory standards and company policies.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or anu related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales objectives.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
