Title: Real Estate Senior Sales

-Tasks:-
Managing the sales process for new, from initial contact all the way through to closure.
Contacting potential and current customers and discussing their requirements.
Achieving all revenues, sales targets & objectives in line with the Marketing and Business Plan.
Developing & maintaining successful business leads and relationships with all prospects.
Developing a full understanding of the business and real estate marketplace.
Negotiating contracts with clients and developers.

- Job Requirements:-
Bachelor's Degree is a MUST
3+ Years of experience in real estate
Real estate experience, for West Cairo, East Cairo, North Coast, and Megaprojects
Strong sales and negotiation skills
High ability to achieve and exceed the sales target
Preferred to own a car
Strong communication & presentation skills
