📌 About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in-house. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, executing, and optimizing our digital marketing strategy across various online channels to drive brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
📋 Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across digital platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
Create compelling digital content strategies aligned with our brand identity and audience interests.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, key metrics, and ROI using tools like Google Analytics.
Collaborate closely with the Sales Department to ensure high-quality lead generation and alignment on objectives.
Manage social media accounts, drive organic engagement, and improve brand presence online.
Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to continuously improve campaign results.
🎯 Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role (Real Estate background is preferred).
Strong hands-on experience managing digital ad accounts and budgets effectively.
Proficient in using Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO best practices.
Excellent analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities.
Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (written & spoken).
