"Rush Projects" provided project management services for the Parcelo Hotel a class, mixed-use development located on the prestigious coastline of Sharm Elsheikh.

The development comprises 105K SM.

The tiran area just became the home to an impressive top-tier hotel

The project differed from other developments in the region because of its unique planning process.

As part of this innovative process, all key project components

were introduced from the very outset of the project.

In addition, the project owner, project manager, consultants, contractor, facility manager, and hotel operator were involved from the initial planning stages, thus allowing for a continuous flow of communication and an ability to manage the expectations of all parties concerned in an effective and timely manner.

Management services included scheduling, estimating, cost, modeling, budgeting, and cost controls for each capital project.

In addition, "Rush Projects" has provided design reviews, value engineering, and construction studies.

"Rush Projects" has developed a comprehensive cost model that includes the program's capital costs, estimated to be worth more than 30 million EGP.
