This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Team Lead located in New Cairo. The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives, developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Team Lead will also be responsible for reporting sales metrics to upper management.

Qualifications
Experience in Sales and Team Management minimum 5 years.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate and lead a team
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
Previous experience in the Real Estate industry.
