About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Site Engineer to oversee and manage on-site construction activities across our residential and commercial development projects. You will play a key role in ensuring that all works are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and manage all daily site activities and construction operations
• Ensure full compliance with approved drawings, engineering specifications, and safety regulations
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors
• Monitor project progress and prepare detailed technical and progress reports
• Review and interpret technical drawings, shop drawings, and design documents
• Oversee quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) processes
• Manage, mentor, and guide junior engineers and site teams
• Control material procurement, delivery schedules, and site logistics
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 15 years of proven experience as a Site Engineer in residential or commercial construction
• Solid experience in high-rise buildings, reinforced concrete structures, and finishing works
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and construction management tools
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian construction codes, standards, and regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
