Legend realestate is Looking for a good calibers in Sales Department in the position of " Property Consultant" with below qualifications :
Maximum Age 30.
Military Exempted.
Bachelor's degree.
Real Estate Background is a must.
Good appearance .
Good in English and Microsoft office
Knowledge of real estate market
Communication skills.
Negotiation skills.
Experience: 0-3 Years in Real Estate Field
Car owner (Preferable)
Job Describtion :
▪ Contact potential clients through calls, emails, etc. to offer them properties all over Egypt.
▪ Prepare and present business proposals to convince clients and secure
▪ selling properties in projects around Egypt.
▪ Generate leads through referrals, emails, phone calls as well as direct visits.
▪ Achieve sales targets set by the company.
▪ Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters.
Location: New Cairo
Salary Package : Basic Salary+ Commission
