We’re Hiring: *Senior CRM Executive - Real Estate*
📍 Location: Heliopolis, Cairo
*Job Summary*
We are looking for an experienced CRM Senior Executive to manage and optimize our CRM system, ensuring accurate data management, effective lead tracking, and strong collaboration across departments.
This role plays a key part in enhancing customer experience, improving retention, and supporting data-driven decision-making.
Applications without prior experience in CRM within the real estate industry will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee the CRM system across all departments.
• Develop and improve CRM workflows and processes.
• Monitor the full sales funnel (leads, follow-ups, conversions).
• Analyze sales performance, pipelines, and campaign effectiveness.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for Sales & Marketing performance.
• Support customer segmentation and retention strategies.
• Coordinate between Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR & Legal.
• Train and support CRM users to ensure proper system usage.
• Recommend system improvements and enhancements.
• Support marketing campaigns, events, and exhibitions.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in CRM / Sales Operations.
• Real estate experience is a must.
• Experience with CRM systems (preferably Odoo).
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• High attention to detail and organization.
• This role is ideal for candidates who:
• Have hands-on CRM experience within a real estate developer or brokerage.
• Have worked closely with sales teams on lead management and reporting.
• Are strong in data analysis and CRM reporting.
