شركة أرضك للتنمية والاستثمار العقاري من الشركات المصرية الرائدة في مجال التطوير العقاري بدأت سنة 1998 كشركة مساهمة مصرية يتكون مجلس إدارتها من مؤسسات وبنوك، وأنشأت وسلمت 4 كمباوندز سكنية، 3 منهم في التجمع الخامس أمام الجامعة الأمريكية (كومباوند زيزينيا ، كومباوند زيزينيا جاردن، ، كومباوند زيزينيا روز) وكومباوند في مدينة الشروق امام الجامعة البريطانية (كومبوند زيزينيا فلاورز).
حالياً شركة أرضك بتقدم خامس كمباوند ليها “زيزينيا المستقبل" في القاهرة الجديدة
