About the Role:
We are seeking a highly presentable Administrative Assistant to rovide professional administrative support and ensure smoot ay-to-day operations. You will assist management and tean with coordination, documentation, scheduling, and communication, contributing directly to organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain reports, presentations, and official documents.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone communications professionally.
- Track action items, deadlines, and deliverables, and follow up with team members.
- Support internal workflows, office operations, and ad-hoc administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and basic reporting.
- Act as a professional point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in administrative or office coordination roles.
- Highly presentable with excellent professional demeanor and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and task management software.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Proactive, flexible, and able to adapt to changing priorities.
