تتجه مصر لإبرام صفقة مع مستثمر إماراتي لتطوير أرض "الجفيرة" في الساحل الشمالي الغربي (642 فداناً)، بقيمة تُقدَّر بـ135 مليار جنيه (2.7 مليار دولار)، وذلك بنظام المشاركة الذي يمنح الحكومة المصرية 20-30% من عوائد المشروع سنوياً، إضافة إلى حصة عينية من الوحدات الفندقية.

كما تم الكشف عن أن المستثمر دفع بالفعل مبلغ 100 مليون جنيه كدفعة جدية حجز، وذلك بعد ترسية المشروع عليه قبل نحو شهرين، بينما تعمل الجهات الحكومية حالياً على استكمال الإجراءات القانونية وصياغة العقود تمهيداً للتوقيع النهائي. ولم تُكشف هوية المستثمر حتى الآن، إلا أن المسؤولين يتوقعون إتمام الصفقة رسمياً قبل نهاية عام 2026، مشيرين إلى احتمال حدوث تعديلات على القيمة النهائية ونسب المشاركة قبل التوقيع.

تلقت الحكومة عروضاً من مستثمرين قطريين وإماراتيين قبل أن تستقر على العرض الإماراتي. يُذكر أن الرئيس المصري كان قد خصص هذه الأرض في عام 2023 لصالح بنك الاستثمار القومي، ضمن خطة لتسوية مديونياته وحل التشابكات المالية مع الجهات الحكومية.

Egypt is moving toward finalizing a deal with an Emirati investor to develop Jefaira plot on the northwest coast (642 feddans), valued at EGP 135 billion ($2.7 billion), under a revenue-sharing model that grants the Egyptian government 20-30% of the project's annual returns, in addition to an in-kind share of the hotel units.

It has also been revealed that the investor has already paid EGP 100 million as a reservation deposit, following the award of the project to them roughly two months ago, while government bodies are currently completing the legal procedures and drafting the contracts ahead of the final signing. Officials expect the deal to be officially finalized before the end of 2026, noting that the final value and profit-sharing ratios may still see adjustments before signing.

The government received offers from both Qatari and Emirati investors before settling on the Emirati bid. Notably, the Egyptian president had allocated this land in 2023 to the National Investment Bank, as part of a plan to settle its debts and resolve financial entanglements with government entities.

أعلنت داي مارك للضيافة (Daymark Hospitality Management) عن انطلاق أعمالها رسميًا في السوق المصري، مع توقيع أولى شراكاتها الاستراتيجية مع مجموعة براسبل للفندقة (Brassbell Hospitality Group) لتشغيل الشقق الفندقية بمشروع Jade & Blue التابع لشركة أسبكت للتطوير العقاري (Aspect Developments).
