We’re Hiring: Marketing Manager

Are you a strategic marketer with a passion for real estate and a proven track record of driving growth? We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team and lead impactful marketing initiatives in the real estate sector.

Location

East Cairo, Egypt

Experience Required

* Minimum 3+ years of experience in Marketing Management.
* Proven experience in the Real Estate industry is a must.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
* Plan, manage, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
* Lead brand positioning, awareness, and lead generation initiatives.
* Manage marketing budgets and ensure maximum ROI.
* Coordinate with sales teams to support business growth and customer acquisition.
* Oversee content creation, social media, advertising, events, and PR activities.
* Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities.
* Track and report campaign performance using data-driven insights.

Qualifications & Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
* Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in a managerial role.
* Strong background in Real Estate Marketing.
* Residency in East Cairo is required.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, paid advertising, and CRM tools.
* Experience with marketing analytics and performance reporting.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
