We are Hiring now the following position:

Senior Property Sales Consultant

Job Requirements:
------------------------

-3-5 years of Experience in Commercial Real Estate field is a MUST.
-Able to Meet clients and determine the type of property needed.
-Ability to use sales technique in order to render seamless customer service Skills.
--Good knowledge of English.
Bachelor Degree required
-Presentable.
-Proven work experience as a sales representative
Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
-Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
-Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience need

About the Job:

-Job Type: Full Time

-Achieve the assigned Target
-Generate leads through Following Calls, telemarketing, and referrals.
-Make cold calls with clients from personal data and Hoomerz data
-Participate in Business Networking Groups within assigned Territory.
-Become knowledgeable regarding assigned Territory (move activity, new construction, etc.)
-Identify and qualify potential clients by telephone and premise visits. Resolve customer complaints and inquiries.
-Communicate with customers regarding the technology solutions
-Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery -schedules, etc.
-Be familiar with the latest industry trends and technical advancements and successfully apply them in daily activities.
