تأسست دينامكس العقارية في الربع الأول من عام 2016 شركة مساهمة مصرية للأستثمار والتطوير العقاري في المدن والمجتمعات العمرانية الجديدة. وتستفيد من دعم الشركة الشقيقة لها، شركة دينامكس مهندسون أستشاريون (مملوكة لشركاء دينامكس العقارية) والتي تعمل في مصر والأمارات والسعودية منذ 2003 لكي تكون الذراع الأستشارية الهندسية القادرة على تحقيق طموحات التطوير في أنجاز المشروعات بأعلى معايير الجودة والأستدامة و
المواصفات البنائية.
ويعمل قطاع التسويق والمبيعات في دينامكس منذ 2016 وحتى الآن ويقوم بتسويق أكثر من 220 مشروع في مصر والأمارات وقبرص لكبار المطورين العقاريين مثل أعمار وماونتين فيو وسوديك وبالم هيلز وتطوير مصر وكابيتال جروب وصبور وعامر والنصر للأسكان وهذا على سبيل المثال، مما أكسبه خبرة واسعة في سياسات التسويق والتسعير وتفاعل العملاء مع السوق العقاري.
