Tips ⭐
The Egyptian government dividing the nationalities regarding the resident visa obtain to 2 kinds ;
First : countries with interview such as Russian, Bulgarian, polish ( most of the east uropean countries)
Those ppl should have to do interview with the security police so they applying to the visa office first then get number and leave for meeting with the security police office asking some questions such as the reason of the stay and make sure u have enough money and place to stay ,,,,
Second kind : countries without interview which is meaning they don't have to do that meeting with the security police and get immediate visa
Lucky countries such as UK , France, German, Italian, Holland and most of the western uropean countries

Tips,,
In Egypt th police man don't have the right to stop you wherever you are,as well don't have any right to ask you or check your luggage, wallet or your mobile,,,of course except in the airport or the checkpoints also
if you put yourself in the action of suspicion, showing irregular action ,,,
As well "you have the right to ask the police man about his ID card and he has to show it to you which is added to the code of criminal procedure 174/1998

Can I buy as foreigner house or flat in Egypt ?
Yesss , you can buy house or flat or Villa in Egypt either you can have 2 Real estate , that's nearly in whole Egypt except Sinai (has some different progress but you can also) , this house /flat should be for staying only not for commercial or investing ...
As we mentioned before you can obtain resident visa for 5 years if this house coast 400 k $ ,and if it coast 200 k $ you can get 3 years resident visa both valid for renewal , price should be transferred to an Egyptian bank account in USD or Euro

Can I get resident visa for long if I have real estate (house or flat) ?
According to the last law ,yes you can have resident visa for 3 years valid for renewal if you have house or flat valuable to 200,000 $ was transferred to an Egyptian bank account,,
And if you have bought house or flat valuable to 400,000 $ you can obtain resident visa for 5 years valid for renewal
