We’re Hiring: Sales Agent
AMLak Real Estate is expanding, and our New Damietta branch is currently looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our growing team.
Job Responsibilities:
Present and promote company real estate projects to potential clients.
Identify customer needs and provide suitable property options.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Follow up with leads and close sales deals.
Attend client meetings and site visits.
Prepare sales reports and update CRM records.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth transactions.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Presentable, proactive, and target-oriented.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Residents of New Damietta or nearby areas are preferred.
