1. Sustainable - Buildings last a very long time and disturb our ecosystem. We have a moral obligation to develop buildings that improve our collective well-being & minimize the negative impacts on the environment. Future generations have the right to a better future

2. Humane - People are placed at the heart of design to enhance their experience and change their lives for the better. Creating spaces that foster interaction is essential to humanizing our neighborhood

3. Inclusive - Inclusive design acknowledges diversity & difference, can break down barriers & exclusion, and will often achieve superior solutions that benefit everyone. Designing for flexibility and inclusivity is how we see the future of buildings and developments
