This is a 3d image of the apartment on the 1st floor with a private pool. I hope we can offer this for holidays soon. Everyone wants a private pool right?

Just been for a meeting with the company building the house. They were showing me the pool which is right outside the apartment. It's 1 acre in space. Who would like to swim in that?

Makadi Bay private beach area which is around 200 metres from the apartment. There's free access to this beach through the four hotels that you're allowed to use when renting the apartment.

This video shows what life is like at makadi bay right now. Hotels and the beachfront are already built. The video then goes into 3d mode to show you what the compound will be like. The first part will be complete at the end of 2022 with this property expected to be completed in 2024 so all facilities etc will be up and running by the time the house is available for guests🙂🙂
