Private luxurious white villa for rent in El Gouna with a large private heated pool (12m x 6m max 25 degree) situated in the white phase five area.It has 4 bedrooms all with en suite facilities. It is large, spacious and situated in a quiet, relaxing setting making this an ideal place to unwind.
Stand alone villa is fully air conditioned.The White Villa in El Gouna is of European standard and has everything you need.
The large terrace has the sun from dawn to sun set. There is also a covered area which has an outside dining table.
The pool has a bar and a seating area which has a built in BBQ, whilst at the other end of the pool is a whirlpool. There is also an outside shower. The terrace leads to the lagoon beach, lagoon and open plan views to the mountains.

Payment Terms :-
- Low season: 50% to be paid at the bank at confirmation and remaining 50% at check in date.
High season: 100% on two payments at the bank Two weeks before check in date .
Check in and Check out Hours:
Check in will be not before 3:00 PM if we have check out at the same day, we are available till 6:00 PM.
You Can Check in at 1:00 PM If available and you can check in before 1:00 pm will be for extra charge ( if available ) .
Check out formally at 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM, We Are flexible 2 hours later when its available – late check out for extra charge.
Early check in & late check out with extra fees.
