Madinaty

Madinaty's well-designed and detailed master plan was the result of a collaborative effort between three top U.S. The outcome is a modern city whose design focuses on providing all present and future requirements of its inhabitants and visitors. Madinaty includes not only villas and apartment buildings, but also vast green areas, golf courses, educational institutions, City Hall, South Park area,

Central Park, sports club, household services, and entertainment facilities which meet the day-to-day needs of its inhabitants. Future services will include an Office Park, hospitals, conference centers, hotels, etc. The city will also have innovative and unique services on its fringes which will cater to the needs of nearby towns and even to the needs of the inhabitants of Greater Cairo. These services will include: water sports areas, shopping centers, and varied educational institutions. Madinaty is a city built on 8 thousand feddans, designed to provide a modern life for 600,000 inhabitants in 120,000 housing units, acting as a modern extension to New Cairo.

هي مدينة إشترك في تصميمها ثلاث من كبرى الشركات الأمريكية المتخصصة في تصميم المدن الجديدة وهم HHCP, SWA, Sasaki بالتعاون مع شركائهم من المكاتب الهندسية المصرية حيث إنتهت جميعها إلي تصميم مدينة عصرية رُوعى في تخطيطها توفير الاحتياجات الحالية والمستقبلية لسكانها والمترددين عليها، وبحيث تضم إلي جانب المناطق السكنية المختلفة من فيلات وعمارات، المساحات الخضراء الواسعة، وملاعب الجولف والفنادق الراقية بالإضافة إلي الخدمات اليومية التي توفر احتياجات السكن، والمناطق الترفيهية كما تضم المدينة على أطرافها الخارجية خدمات ضخمة وجديدة من نوعها ، بما تتيحه من أنشطة يتجسد بها الأنشطة الرياضية المتنوعة ومناطق التسوق الحديثة والمؤسسات التعليمية المختلفة.
فهي مدينة تقام على مساحة ثمانية آلاف فدان لتوفر الحياة العصرية لــ 600 ألف نسمة في 120 ألف وحدة سكنية مختلفة وتعمل كإمتداد حضاري للقاهرة الجديدة .
