Naia Bay Ras Al Hekma extends over 112 acres with a Project length of 500 sqm, a project Depth of 1170 meters, and a 300 sqm beachfront. Accordingly, only 14.5% of this area is for the footprint
Naia Bay enjoys such incredible designs inspired by the Greek sensation that spread positive summer vibes full of tranquility and calmness. Moreover, all the streets in Naia village are interlocked to facilitate maintenance.
Accordingly, all the designs of Naia Resort were under the supervision of El Ghoneimi Architects, a successful company that always leaves an imprint of uniqueness in each project it designs. Accordingly, Al-Ghoneimi Architects was responsible for the site supervision, interior design, master plan, and project management of Naia Bay.
