This is the story of The Apartment For Sale
My wife and I first went to Sharrn El Sheikh in 2005 for a holiday. Needless to say we fell in love with the place. Peace, relaxation, fun, great amenities, friendly and happy people and fabulous weather.
What more could we ask for. We pondered over retiring to a beautiful country like this and once home decided to look at the options for buying property and having a holiday home and an investment.
We arranged with some real estate agents and made appointments for our next trip out for viewing. Visited three different areas and had tours of all sites with three different agents.
After a short discussion with each other we both fell in love with the one, namely Egyptian Experience Complex in Nabq.A beautiful complex of approx 156 apartments sold directly to British only people. There was no purchase off plan and we actually viewed the apartment that we finally chose to buy and finalised the purchase in 2007. We visited twice a year, sometimes three and thoroughly enjoy our home in the sun.
From the beginning it has been a pleasure building up and adding new features and at times we pay more attention to this home than our present home in the UK. We have never rented it out as it has always been regarded as our home and only ours. So, reluctantly, we are putting it up for sale and will now give you the genuine answer as to why?.
At 60 years of age my plan was always to retire early at Maximum 61 years and live between our home in the UK and our home in Sharm, however, certain family and financial issues have prevented this from being affordable and so we have had to rethink the whole plan. The most sensible solution would be to sell one property and unfortunately that is our home in Sharm as our home in the UK will play a very important and nessesary part with family issues.
So, one beautiful loved and cared for apartment is up for sale and we are offering a choice to any interested buyer. The apartment is fully furnished to high standards, immaculatetely decorated and comes fully equiped with everything you could wish for in a home with everything.
