Dog Owners, beware of as you might be subjected to financial penalty or even being imprisoned
The House of Representatives approved the law on the acquisition of dogs and preventing them from being in public places, streets and residential areas, which is summarized in :-
* Three months imprisonment for walking an unlicensed dog and ten thousand pounds fine .
* Three years of imprisonment and two hundred thousand pounds for anyone whose dog caused citizens to live in the mentioned places .
* Ten years imprisonment with hard labor for anyone whose dog caused the death of any human being .
* For stray dogs, the administrative authorities represented by the Ministry of Agriculture and veterinary authorities are obliged to deal with them after informing them of the penalties .
* The law includes vicious dogs, small dogs and any types of dogs .
16 ferocious types of dogs, pit bulls are at the top of the species and you have the right to report immediately after seeing them anywhere
The list of dogs prohibited for possession on the street after the adoption of the executive regulations of the law .
* The law has obliged Village management companies, population communities and official occupiers associations in closed and open residential areas and residential communities, whatever they are, to inform the Veterinary Services Authority at the Ministry of Agriculture of the numbers of stray dogs in the places under their management, by an official letter addressed to Mr. Dr. head of the General Authority for veterinary services at the Ministry of Agriculture to take the necessary action towards those stray dogs in the place of management of the occupiers ' Union, and also to immediately report every person walking an unlicensed dog or not wearing a protective mask, because failure to report will result in a financial fine on the the occupants complained about the residents affected by the above .
