y home phase of the well established Mare Verde complex away from the road, ensuring you can enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay. Mare Verde is formed by Studio, One, Two and three bedroom apartments which surround numerous swimming and paddling pools linked together with shallow cascading canals which are ideal for smaller children to play in. For the daytime and evening there are poolside bars serving alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks, snacks, breakfasts and full meals. WiFi is available in selected locations around the complex. Mare Verde is only moments away from both English and international local bars and restaurants and only a five minute walk away from the beautiful and lively Fanabe/Torviscas beach, less than 10 minutes from the child friendly Colón Beach or 15 minutes from the smaller Duque Beach. The refurbished apartment consists of a Lounge area with an L shaped sofa bed large enough to sleep 2 adults. A modern wall unit houses a TV, MP3 compatible DVD player and a selection of parlour games. The sleeping area has a double bed, with bedside tables and lamp. There is a mirror in the hall and plenty of space in the double fitted wardrobe. The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped with crockery etc, and includes a microwave, hob and fridge freezer and breakfast bar for dining with 2 tall stools. Patio doors lead on to the balcony, which has patio table and chairs and clothes drying facilities. The balcony enjoys a mountain and pool view and is secluded enough as not to be overlooked. The recently refurbished bathroom has a shower fitting over a full sized bath. The sink unit has large mirror above with light insets and there are towel rails and small window for extra light and fresh air. A high security front door & modern patio doors along with a safe in the apartment offer peace of mind when storing your passports and valuables. There is also free use of an iron, hair dryer and bedside radio alarm clock for your convenience. Apartment Rates: (This is the price for the whole apartment not per person)

1-2 persons - £220 per week (£310 over Christmas, minimum 2 week booking for the Christmas period only)
3 persons - £240
4 persons - £250

Recommended Maximum Occupancy is 2 Adults & 2 young children although we will take up to 4 adults if you don't mind the open plan sleeping arrangements.

With the £ to Euro exchange rate hovering around 1.40 that means us Brits are getting a lot more for our money. Take advantage of it now by booking a week or two in our apartment.

Even a posh 'Import' pint won't cost much more than £1.50!

We now have satellite TV providing UK Channels 1-5, UK Digital Radio and a selection of movie channels including Film 4 along with a selection of other English speaking movie channels.
