Here in the Marina Alta and surrounding areas, situated in the Northern Costa Blanca, there are a diverse range of properties from traditional town houses to contemporary new builds, stunning villas, country homes and modern apartments.
Locations include the fabulous coastal towns of Denia and Xàbia that sit either side of the Montgó mountain Natural Park. Moving further along the coast we have Moraira and Calpe, and towards the direction of Valencia the historic city of Gandia. All offer easy access to beaches, fantastic restaurants, shopping centres, nightlife and historic town centres. You can choose to have all this on your doorstep, or if you want a slightly quieter life, be situated in one of the attractive urbanisations just a few minutes drive nearby.
Inland within a countryside full of almond, orange and cherry trees we have small towns and villages such as Xaló, Alcalali, Orba, Sagra and Pego to name but a few. Winding through the Vall de Gallinera you will come across the villages of Benirrama, Benialí, Benissivà, Benitaia, Carroja, Alpatró.
There is of course so much more, and many of the small towns and villages are within easy reach of the coast.
I live in a small village myself, that has a population of less than 700, and we have the most incredible amenities. Including three bars, where you can be sure of a friendly welcome and each having something different to offer. A bakers. butchers, small grocery store, the Town Hall, an art gallery, pharmacy, and a beautiful municipal pool for the summer months, with its own bar and enjoying views of the mountains.
