This property had been sitting empty for a long time and was in need of a lot of attention. 🏡✨

Our job was to bring it back to a clean, presentable state, ready for the next stage of its journey — whether that’s selling, reforming, or both.

From ceilings and walls to skirting boards, floors, and fireplaces, every area was thoroughly cleaned and refreshed.

I’d thought I’d share a little behind-the-scenes of one of my Keyholding visits. 🏡🔑

In this video, I’m carrying out some of the routine checks we do for homeowners while they’re away, including a perimeter check, flushing toilets, running taps, and making sure everything is as it should be.

Hello June ☀️

How are we already here?

This month marks another busy season of looking after homes, welcoming guests, solving problems, and being the person homeowners can rely on when they’re hundreds or even thousands of miles away.

When I started Bee Wise, it wasn’t because I wanted to clean properties or hold keys. It was because I could see how many homeowners needed someone local they could genuinely trust to care about their property as much as they do.

Someone who notices the little things.
Someone who answers the phone.
Someone who gets things sorted.

From guest changeovers and property checks to organising gardens, pools, cleaners and everything in between, my goal has always been simple: to give homeowners complete peace of mind.

In this property, we cleaned out a very dirty drain pipe after the owner had been experiencing issues with flies around the area. Keeping drains clean and maintained can help reduce unwanted smells and insect activity while keeping the property fresh and cared for. 🏡✨
