It is currently a 4 bedroom house with kitchen, lounge, bathroom, outbuildings and garage. The upper floor which is huge is used as storage.

I would paint the exterior white, add two windows upstairs to give symmetry and replace all the external doors and windows first. The termites got a little hungry!
