My neighbours and dearest friends did such a fantastic job looking after the pot garden while I was away looking after my papa. Everything is teaming with life, bees everywhere. Butterflies, dragonflies and grasshoppers. So great to have this sanctuary here. ❤️❤️ I miss hearing the Robin singing outside my window in Albion, but its equally marvellous waking up to the chatter of starlings and the clanking of coffee cups in the bar next door. There's so much life here.

This is Baloo. He reminds me of the bear. He's enormous. I think he might be Gonzalo's dad. Anyway, he arrived 2 weeks ago sheltering from the storm in one of my outside cat cubby holes. He's stayed. Likes the flower pots.

It'll soon be Orange harvest here in the Lecrín Valley.

Such a glorious day! After a few weeks of being couped up ill, I wondered out of the house for some exercise and I was greeted with loads of Oranges and Avocados. I feel so lucky to live here.

Tree up at a rediculously early in time for visiting students. I usually put the tree up on Christmas Eve... Nice to have a change! Glad I've done it already as there are things I need to address... Camouflaging the stand being one!!

Now to make some clove oranges!
