An important winter job is to hard cut Oleanders each year. This prevents long leggy and thin growth during the following season. Don't be afraid to cut back hard, as they can easily put on two meters growth in a season, with a lovely show of flowers.

Be careful not to burn the waste as the smoke is toxic.

Eleven years ago this was a field full of Mandarin trees. Eleven years of trial and error an on going process of what loves to grow and what limps along.

What services does Trinity Property Custodians offer?

You may understandably think that we just look after pools and gardens, but that is just the tip of the iceberg. Have a look at the list of services we offer below, you may be surprised.

Keyholding, should something happen while you’re not in town.

Property checks. For your peace of mind regular calls are made to check your property of not less than once per month. During such calls we open the house or apartment and ventilate, we run the taps to ensure that the water traps do not dry out. We inspect the property for any issues and damage and report back to the client if there is indeed anything to report. If you have any concerns, just send us a message or call us and we will pop over and check on your pride and joy in Spain. We offer this service for as little as 50€ per month.

Cleaning, we offer to clean your property for your arrival or that of your guests or family. We also offer a meet and greet service as well as preparing a welcome pack upon your instructions. A full laundry service is also offered.

Small building and maintenance projects are one of our regular tasks in the area, which also includes painting and decorating inside and outside.

Specialist swimming pool maintenance. We have a lifetime of knowledge of the swimming pool industry at our disposal, so should you have any problems with your pool we are able to comprehensively investigate and come up with a solution. Leak detection and repairs are something we regularly deal with on our customers behalf.

Our ethos is quite simple. To try and be the best and to offer our valued clients the best service we possibly can, and after over ten years of service in the area we are looking forward to offering hopefully at least ten years more. Will you join our growing client list?
