Nos complace comunicarles que, como muchos de ustedes ya conocen, Pina y Morales Administraciones S.L. está procediendo a su integración en el mayor grupo nacional especializado en la administración de fincas: Grupo INMHO.
Esta unión representa un importante paso adelante en nuestra evolución como despacho profesional, y tiene como objetivo reforzar y mejorar la calidad del servicio que les venimos prestando. Gracias a los recursos técnicos, humanos y organizativos que aporta el Grupo INMHO, podremos ampliar nuestra capacidad de gestión, incorporar herramientas tecnológicas más eficientes, y garantizar una atención aún más cercana, ágil y profesional.
Todo el equipo humano que ha venido formando parte de Pina y Morales continuará a su disposición, ahora como parte de INMHO, desde las mismas oficinas, teléfonos y con el mismo compromiso que nos ha caracterizado desde nuestros inicios. Esta continuidad, unida a la fuerza y estructura del Grupo INMHO, nos permite afrontar nuevos retos con mayores garantías, aportando mayor solidez, estabilidad y proyección de futuro a nuestra labor diaria. La integración de nuestro despacho ha servido además como punto de encuentro con otros profesionales, que también se han unido a este proyecto común. Esto ha dado lugar a un entorno de colaboración que nos permitirá ofrecerles un servicio más completo, con mayor cobertura territorial (nuevas oficinas desde Tarifa hasta Estepona) y especialización en distintas áreas de la gestión comunitaria.
Este proceso, que se ha venido desarrollando durante los últimos meses, culmina ahora con la implantación de nuevos dominios de correo electrónico, mediante los cuales continuaremos prestándoles nuestra atención habitual. Les rogamos que actualicen sus agendas con nuestras nuevas direcciones, que estarán disponibles próximamente y que reflejarán la nueva identidad corporativa de nuestro despacho: INMHO. En definitiva, esta integración no solo representa una evolución natural de nuestro proyecto, sino también una oportunidad para seguir creciendo junto a ustedes, generando sinergias que se traducirán en mejoras concretas en la gestión de sus comunidades.

We are pleased to inform you that, as many of you may already know, Pina y Morales Administraciones S.L. is currently undergoing integration into the largest national group specialized in property management: Grupo INMHO.
This union represents an important step forward in our evolution as a professional office and aims to strengthen and enhance the quality of service we have been providing. Thanks to the technical, human, and organizational resources contributed by Grupo INMHO, we will be able to expand our management capabilities, incorporate more efficient technological tools, and ensure even closer, more agile, and professional attention.
All the team members who have been part of Pina y Morales will remain at your disposal, now as part of INMHO, operating from the same offices, with the same phone numbers, and with the same commitment that has characterized us since the beginning. This continuity, combined with the strength and structure of Grupo INMHO, enables us to face new challenges with greater guarantees, bringing more solidity, stability, and future projection to our daily work.
The integration of our office has also served as a meeting point with other professionals who have joined this common project. This has fostered a collaborative environment that will allow us to offer a more comprehensive service, with broader territorial coverage (new offices from Tarifa to Estepona) and greater specialization in various areas of community management.
This process, which has been unfolding over the past few months, now culminates with the implementation of new email domains, through which we will continue to provide our usual service. We kindly ask you to update your contact information with our new addresses, which will be available shortly and will reflect the new corporate identity of our office: INMHO.
In short, this integration not only represents a natural evolution of our project but also an opportunity to continue growing alongside you, generating synergies that will result in concrete improvements in the management of your communities.
