The property is situated in its own private grounds, the entrance gate to the property can be locked, very safe if you have young children and worry about un supervised access to the pool.
The property grounds consist of a front terraced area with side pathway leading to the rear of the property. Very private and not overlooked.
At the rear of the property is a large patio area with a large Gas Bbq 🍗 outdoor dining area. And Spa/jacuzzi
There’s is a beautiful Zen 🧘 lounging area under a large pergola for that important shade with patio doors leading to the inside dining area.

A 5 minute walk away is the tennis club which has multitude of sports activities: paddle courts, Bowling greens, tennis, gym, yoga , another large swimming pool , Pilates, bar / restaurant etc
